This is a good discussion to find out about any anxieties your children may have about Transition, Moving On or Change such as moving to a new class / year group or school. The slides can be used with small groups or the whole class and focus on positive things as well as those that may be a little worrying for children. Add a key ring with the child’s name on to personalise it. Punch a hole through the red dots for your key ring to go through.
